Trinity Opens New Caring Cupboard

Inspired by similar efforts in the Harrisburg area, Trinity Altoona has launched a new free pantry for our Juniata neighborhood. The Caring Cupboard was suggested and built by church council member Adam Counterman. It is affixed to the N. 6th Street side of our church. Please consider donating canned/dry/boxed food, ready-to-prepare cups/pouches and personal care items. No glass items please. Feel free to stop by anytime 24/7 to place something in or take something out of The Caring Cupboard. Thanks for helping make a positive difference in our community!

Saturday, The Evangelism Committee invites you to join them for a festive round of Christmas Caroling through our Juniata neighborhood. Say Cheese! Trinity Altoona’s new Pictorial Directory is coming in 2019! Our directory was last produced back in 2014 and it’s time for a refresh. The directory is a great way to put a name to a face, helping us all get to know and communicate with our fellow Trinity family members. Fall is here and the Trinity calendar is full of fun and worthwhile activities: October is Pastor Appreciation Month and we’re helping Pastor Eli help two of her favorite charities: The Central Pennsylvania Humane Society and Mending Hearts Animal Rescue. Trinity Altoona’s annual Family Fall Banquet is coming up Sunday October 14, featuring a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Ticket prices are $7 for persons 13+ and $5 for children ages 5-12. Children under age 5 eat for free. Here’s what’s happening at Trinity: Our normal worship schedule resumed this past weekend. Please join us Saturdays at 6:30PM, Sundays at 8:15AM or Sundays at 10:45AM. The Social Ministry Committee continues to collect supplies for St. Andrew’s Preschool. Their wish list includes 3 oz. cups, construction paper, Elmer’s bottled glue, hand sanitizer, napkins, paper towels, plastic spoons and rubber mulch for the playground area.
